This deep interconnection Dr. Albreacht Mahr is talking about is often a hindrance to finally change/integrate or to let go.
It is my experience that it is of much help in order to enjoy the benefits of systemic work when one is aware of his pattern and has released piled up pains and emotions in his own and personal life first. Systemic work truly is a brilliant tool to make the final shifts in order to fully enjoy newly gained capacities and life perceptions.
